AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL.

Marloes Oldenburg’s journey in elite rowing is defined by world-class performance and remarkable resilience. Competing for the Netherlands in the women’s coxless four, she earned two silver medals at the 2022 World Championships before a serious neck injury forced her into an unexpected fight back to competition.

Just eight months later, Marloes returned to the top of the sport and became a 2023 World Champion. She went on to reach the highest level of international rowing as an Olympic gold medallist.

Today, her experience extends beyond competition. As Head Coach of the Dutch Regional Talent Center in Northern Netherlands, Marloes helps guide the next generation of women’s rowing talent — bringing the same discipline, resilience and commitment that shaped her own career.
