United Kingdom (UK)
- Standard Shipping: €29.99
- FREE Shipping: On orders over €500
- Delivery Time: 5-10 business days

International (Non-EU)
- Standard Shipping: €29.99
- Delivery Time: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
- Customs & Duties: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country will be covered by VivaChek Online.
Order Processing
- Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are processed the business day
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

- Carrier information
- Link to track your package

Shipping Restrictions

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. VivaChek is not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

- Additional shipping charges for address corrections

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

- Provide photos of any damaged items or packaging
- Include your order number in the subject line
We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
