Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched from Poland, typically within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times:

• Western EU (DE, FR, NL, BE, AT, IE, ES, PT, IT) — 3–7 business days
• Nordics (SE, FI, DK, NO, IS) — 5–10 business days
• Eastern EU (BG, HR, CZ, EE, GR, HU, LV, LT, RO, SK, SI) — 5–10 business days
• Other EU/EEA countries — 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delays & changes: If your order is delayed or there is a change to your shipment, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Customs & import charges: Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For Norway and Iceland (EEA but outside EU customs union), additional import charges may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
